Context
Commercial interior fit-out where sequencing, inspection gates, and trade stacking determine outcome. Work planned to minimize downtime and rework.
Scope
- Site protection, demolition, and base-building interface verification.
- Mechanical/electrical coordination, device/layout finalization, inspection readiness.
- Finishes, commissioning touches, and closeout package (as-builts / handover).
Constraints
- Working hours, noise limits, and building logistics (loading, elevator, parking).
- Inspection sequencing and sign-offs; no concealment before approvals.
- Trade density management to avoid congestion and conflicts.
Duration
Delivered through phased milestones (demo complete → rough-in complete → inspections → finishes → turnover). Schedule control maintained via weekly look-ahead and daily coordination.
Mid-build changes
- Owner-requested layout adjustment — issued as written change with updated sequence.
- Lead-time substitution — documented equivalency and sign-off prior to procurement.
Final outcome
Space turned over in an operational state with documented inspections, clean finishes, and closeout records retained.
